Mokona is one of the easiest and most popular costumes I've done! I made her completely on a whim.. I've
never seen a Mokona humanized without looking really boring or really skanky, and I definitely wanted to change that.
I want to do a really cute and sexy outfit, but I also didn't want to show a lot of skin. I actually even wanted the
skirt to be a little bit longer.. but I sewed the bottom before I understood about leaving extra to allow for that, so
oh well! The shirt was really easy as well, I just followed a pattern. The ears were made of felt and glue, and I found
the shoes at Charlotte Russe for just $5! The wig was amazing as well, it was my very first wig purchase! Overall the
costume came out really well, and it was super easy to make. I'd definitely wear it again and again!
