My friends Virginia and Kate decided one day that they wanted to get together a really amazing Sailor Moon group. They also wanted all of the costumes to actually be uniform with each other, so they offered to make me a Sailor Jupiter costume! I of course immediately agreed! All I needed to do was get together the wig and the boots. The boots were slightly difficult, because I bought black ankle boots, spray-glued muslin fabric onto them, and then fabric-spray-painted the muslin - just to get them the right color. In the end, they came out really well! We were a huuuuge success at Dragon*Con, we seriously couldn't walk 6 feet without someone stopping us and wanting our pictures. Virginia and Kate did an amazing job!
