Several of my good friends had the idea of making 1920s mobsters and flappers rave outfits. Since I absolutely LOVE the designs of that time, I had no hesitation joining them! I looked through my piles of fabric and came up with a design that would be easy to make, fun for a rave, and still keep the style. The big group of us had a blast at Katsucon, I'd gladly wear this costume again anytime!
