What is Cosplay?

Cosplay is a combination of the words "costume" and "play." In my opinion, it is the creation of a costume based on a pre-existing character or idea from any genre (anime, video games, American comics, fantasy, sci-fi, whatever). Original design costumes somehow magically fall in my description of cosplay as well, but I'll let you figure that one out. :)

What is Moonless Garden Cosplay?

Moonless Garden Cosplay is a collection of all things I've done dealing with cosplay. It has all my past costumes as well as the costumes I'm either currently working on or will be working on soon. Also, there's some information about the conventions I have attended and will attend, and even links to other cosplayers' websites.

Who is Angie?

I'm Angie! I am a very big nerd that uses cosplay as a creative outlet and as a way to show my love of different characters or series. When I'm not working on costumes or attending conventions, you can usually find me working full time (currently as a technical support representative at a software company), taking pictures of people and places (view some of my photography galleries on MoonlessGarden.net), or nerding out in form of video games, bad sci fi movies, pen and paper RPGs, and/or other various activities! Please don't hesitate to contact me, especially if you have questions about my costumes!

Do you take commission orders?

I'm currently not taking any commission orders. I may sometime in the future, but right now my schedule is just too busy to take on a big project. Check out my links page for some of my friends who do take commission orders!
